  2. TOL1:[0]     - Lower DN tolerance to be used to compute averages.
  3. TOL2:[maxdn] - High DN tolerance to use to compute averages.
  4. ISS:[1]      - Starting sample to start processing.
  5.                Output lines will still contain all samples.
  6. NORM:[ave]   - DN value to be used to normalize all the averages.
  7.                Default is average of averages.
  8.    (e.g., TOL1=1,TOL2=250,ISS=17,NORM=100)
  9.
